Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to The Profile Fix, a paid profile consultation service. This is separate from Meant2Bae’s curated matchmaking membership. For matchmaking terms, see meant2bae.com/terms-and-conditions.
1. The service
The Profile Fix is a one-time, paid consultation. You receive a ~30-minute video call where we review your dating app profile and give actionable feedback on photos, prompts, and profile flow.
2. Price and payment
The price is ₹1,499 INR. Payment is processed by PayU. Meant2Bae does not store your full card or UPI credentials.
3. What you must provide
- Accurate contact details at checkout
- Profile screenshots and intake answers before your call
- Attendance at the scheduled video call
4. Booking and rescheduling
After payment and intake submission, you book a call via Calendly. You may reschedule once. After a second reschedule, or if you no-show without reasonable notice, the session is considered used and non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Profile Fix fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation is delivered or if you no-show. We do not offer partial refunds. Matchmaking refund policies on meant2bae.com do not apply to this product.
6. No outcome guarantee
We provide professional feedback on your profile. We do not guarantee more matches, dates, or relationship outcomes.
7. Conduct
You agree to treat the consultant with respect during the call. We may refuse service without refund for abusive or inappropriate behaviour.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru.
