This policy covers The Profile Fix consultation service only. For Meant2Bae matchmaking privacy practices, see meant2bae.com/privacy-policy.
1. What we collect
- Contact info: name, email, phone (at checkout)
- Intake answers: dating app, goals, match volume, premium status, profile details, and who you are trying to meet
- Screenshots: dating profile images you upload
- Payment reference: transaction ID and amount from PayU (not full payment credentials)
- Scheduling: booking details via Calendly
2. How we use it
We use your data to deliver the consultation, prepare for your call, send confirmations and reminders, and improve the service. We do not use your screenshots for AI training or automated profile scoring in this service.
3. Where data is stored
- Supabase — Postgres (submission data) and private Storage (screenshots)
- Resend — transactional email (confirmations and reminders)
- Calendly — call scheduling

- PayU — payment processing
- Supabase — database and file storage
- Resend — email delivery
- Calendly — call scheduling
- Vercel — website and API hosting
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Matchmaking
Profile Fix data is used for your consultation only. It is not automatically added to the Meant2Bae matchmaking pool unless you separately sign up for that service.
6. Retention
We keep screenshots and intake data for up to 90 days after your call, then delete them unless we need longer retention for legal or support reasons.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing support@meant2bae.com.
8. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your data. No internet transmission is 100% secure.
